I have really enjoyed making easel cards.  I just learned how to make envelope boxes and made one to coordinate with this card and I am really pleased with the results (although I know I need to practicing on my sewing - he he)

Christmas in July - Tilda tag set





Only 159 days until Christmas......so it's time to start on some holiday tags.  I am in a swap on the Cricut messageboard and my partner likes Tilda and is in need of some holdiay tags.  I had these 3 stamped images in my stash and they were just perfect to partner up with some holiday cardstock from my stash.  I am hoping to get started on more holiday tags for myself - I think they just add a special touch to a gift.

You & Me.......Priceless

It time for Fashionista Friday over at If the Shoe Fits.....Scrap it!  Challenge #86 is to use the birthstone for the month of July, which is Ruby...so we want to see you have a RUBY kind of day! 

The card I made is a 5x5 card.  I used the Cricut cartridge Graphically Speaking to cut out the 'you & me' sentiment at 4.5" on my gypsy.  The inside priceless sentiment is cut at 1".  I accented the card with some red and white roses, red half back pearls & black ribbon.

Welcome little one




Inside:

A friend of mine is having a baby boy and is decorating his nursery in a nautical theme.  I am in the beginning stages of making a nautical diaper cake, but wanted to get started on the card so that I can coordinate everything.

All images are cut with my Cricut.  Cartridge used is Life's A Beach.

Peacock Dressform Tags


I just joined my first dressform swap on the Cricut messageboard.  I had the vision in my head at to what I wanted these to look like and was able to make it come together.  The dress form is from the Cricut cartridge Summer in Paris - cut at 4.75".  I added some peacock feathers, ribbon and pearls.  This is fun - cannot wait to get started on my next set.
